This is the second in a series of quests from Madam Vi at the Crossroads ( -472.09, -44.88, -293.00 ) in the Commonlands. You must locate one of her followers who has gone missing.

The person you are looking for is called A Parched Nomad at -138, 0, -810 at the eastern nomad camp. Visit him and return to her for coin and experience.

This also opens up the No Risk, No Reward quest.

I have given the water flasks to the parched nomad and should return to Madam Vi at the Crossroads.

Stage 2

I have given the water flasks to the parched nomad and should return to Madam Vi at the Crossroads.

Start:	I should return to Madam Vi
Complete:	I spoke with Madam Vi.

I have returned to the Crossroads and spoken to Madam Vi.

I located Madam Vi's lost entourage and gave them the water flasks.
