I have decided to leave Gorowyn and become an exile. I understand that if I complete the betrayal process to another city, even if it is to return to Gorowyn, all my spells and combat arts will be set to APPRENTICE. Once this quest is completed there is no turning back.

Stage 1

The disreputable boatman can be found at the dock.

Start:	To complete my journey to exile, I should speak to the boatman at the dock.
Complete:	I made my decision to leave Gorowyn and become an exile.

Gorowyn citizens who wish to betray the side of evil can speak to Ambassador Zelzekla at 2755, 86, 1269 in Timorous Deep. She will warn you of the consequences of betrayal and then send you to find a disreputable boatman.

Speak to a disreputable boatman on the docks at 2329, 14, 1402 . He will complete this quest, and transport you blindfolded as an Exile to Haven.

You are now free to raise your faction with the city of your choosing.
