Now you have to find out where these vermin are coming from. The only hint given is that they are coming from a cave under the Ruins of Old Paineel.

Head to 1478.91, -116.27, 3059.93 and kill a commanding vermin (it will auto spawn around the loc). He has two of the a sneaky vermin to help, though they are hidden. These should be level 78-79.

Once dead, return to Captain Ghalib Elbaz to complete the quest.

Ghalib Elbaz in Paineel has accepted your offer to investigate the sudden advancing of the vermin in the entrances to the city. There must be a source of this vermin. It might be possible they are coming from the small cave to the northeast of the Ruins of Old Paineel.

Stage 1

Locate the source of the vermin. It might be possible they are coming from the small cave to the northeast of the Ruins of Old Paineel.

Start:	Attempt to locate the source of the vermin.
Complete:	You found a leader amoung the vermin... Could there be more to this?

You have found a small cave that appears to have some of the vermin within.

Stage 2

Return to Ghalib with the new information.

Start:	Return to Ghalib.
Complete:	You have returned to Ghalib.

You have returned to Ghalib.

While investigating the vermin you found a small cave with a commanding vermin. Could these vermin be more than the common vermin they are thought to be?
