To start:

Speak to Savtek at 97, 210, -14 within Falinpol on Daarspire island within the Vesspyr Isles to begin this quest.

  1. Kill 8 draconic soullights (found around tree branches)
  2. Click on the inert soullight left behind for the updates
  3. Return to Savtek to complete the quest.
