Divine Retribution  

Like stated before, the easiest place to get updates is on the island with the prisoners. Because they are in great amounts and because most of them are arrow down.

The difficulty is to attack the selkies without to many of them joining in on proximity aggro. I have never been able to taunt less than 5 at a time. Once you kill the 5 top most, aurora spawns.

The whole group of selkies respawns at the same time about 20 minutes after the last one was killed.

There are stunning and radiant selkies in the water around the naga island. However these are heroic and surrounded by aggresive sharks. An example of a location of these is 1145, -239, -1513.

u can find Selkies way easier in the water east of the Fishingramp. Best loc i found is: 1012,-235,-1429

You may need to go through several cycles of killing these to get all 9 of both. About a 10 - 15 min respawn in between.
