This quest is given by Numair in The Sinking Sands after you complete the Cooking Crocodiles quest.

You must obtain 8 Plated Digger Carcasses. These coincidentally drop on Plated Diggers in the Sinking Sands.

After obtaining them return to Numair to close the quest. This also opens up the "A Terrible Crime" quest.
