General Thalgus Icemaul has asked that I check with the local citizens to get an idea of the difference in their opinions of Thurgadin. I should seek out the four citizens listed on the note that he gave to me, and then seek General Icemaul out in the Storm Gorge.

I found that there is a difference of opinions among the citizens of Thurgadin.

I found that some of the citizens believe that Thurgadin should close its doors to the outside world and lock out any potential threats, and others that believe that the coldain must take up arms again and face those that would bring harm to the city. It indeed appears that Thurgadin is a divided city.

Speak to General Thalgus Icemaul at 83, -278, 200 in The Throne of the Dains within Thurgadin, City of the Coldain to begin this quest.
