Kilur Beardback has sent me to eliminate a group of Order of Rime scouts that have been spying on Dreg's Landing. They have been rapidly relaying information through the use of focused lights. This should make them easy to track down.
Stage 1
Find and eliminate the Rime scouts by following their light signals.
