While traveling north of the crossroads, I ran into an odd little gnome named Gimble Cognoggin. He required some items from the Wailing Caves to make some sort of potion or spell. He wasn't very specific about it. But he promised to pay me for my effort, so I took the job.

Stage 1

I'm searching for components that Gimble Cognoggin needs me to retrieve in the Wailing Caves.

Start:	I need to collect Strongbox Deceiver meat
Complete:	I've found some Strongbox Deceiver meat.

Start:	I need to collect goo from a Primordial Menace
Complete:	I've collected the Primordial Menace goo.

Start:	I need to collect essence from a Shin`Ree Spiritist
Complete:	I've collected the Spiritist's essence.

Start:	I need to collect an egg sac from a Lurid Ripper
Complete:	I've collected the Lurid Ripper's egg sack.

I've collected the components for Gimble Cognoggin's potion.

Stage 2

I still need to return to Gimble Cognoggin to give him the components.

Having delved deeply into the Wailing Caves, I can now say that goo is disgusting! That place is filled with slime and skeletons. But I did see something that piqued my interest. There were a couple of live orcs in that cave of a clan named the Ree. I wonder what they're doing there.

Reward is a choice of the three items listed above, paldron, shield or boots. The trickiest item is the essence. You need a good 17-20 mob with you.

This quest is given by Gimble Cognobbin in The Commonlands. He wanders the road between The Wailing Caves and The Crossroads. He asks you to acquire three items from The Wailing Caves:

Egg Sack from a Lurid Ripper
Essence of a Shin'Ree Spiritist
Primordial Menace Goo
Strongbox Deceiver Meat

Each of these items is an uncommon drop, so you may need to kill a few of each. After disposing of them return to Gimble Cognobbin for your reward.
