Speak to Brontis at -116, -0.75, -32 by The Great Forge inside The Fortress of Drunder to begin this quest.

Go to Thurgadin, City of the Coldain in the Great Divide.
Speak to Thunderstomp at 727, -312, 359 at The Velium Keg.
Speak to Frizella Emberblossom at 476, -212, 272 in The Temple of Brell to complete the quest.
