After accepting this quest, you will be shown a cutscene of the battle between the Hua Mein and the erudites of the Fell Blade.
Hail Jin'tu again and he will give you Jin'tu's Gift.
Equip it, right-click and use it to complete the quest.

Jin'tu's Gift will teleport you to The Hua Mein Village.

From the GU57 Patch Notes: "'Battle of Ages Past' should now give you the Jin'tu's gift ability along with the item. If you already have the item all you need to do is use it to receive the ability in your book."

You have been granted access to the Hua Mein Village

You have come to find out that there was once a war between the Hua Mein and the Erudites. The Hua Mein were slaughtered, leaving none alive. Few Hua Mein survived who were not part of this war but the Erudites believe none survived and the Hua Mein would like to keep it that way.
