Speak to Administrator Frugi at -82, -9, -122 Copy outside the Temple of War, North Freeport to begin this quest.

1. Go to Beggars Court in North Freeport.
2. Defeat 8 Heathen Barbarians in the northern area. ( 10.65, 3.50, -0.15 ) Copy
• These appear to spawn randomly as you walk around the area and inside doors in the area.
3. Remove 6 pieces of propaganda placed by the heathens. These look like sparkling clipboards hanging on the walls, merchant stands and poles. They appear to be random spawns throughout the entire zone. Locations include:
• 53.71, 3.13, 8.92 Copy
• 36.97, 5.46, -21.96 Copy
• -33.16, 2.50, -25.19 Copy
• -11.69, 4.67, -39.55 Copy
• 3.14, 3.66, -13.92 Copy
• 45.47, -6.90, 63.94 Copy
4. Return to Administrator Frugi in Freeport.
