In Temple Street: Vault of Necromechanica (the entrance is in South Freeport at -176, -37, 325 ) on the ground at -21, 3, 85 .

The Valeein H'shra's Archives are at -125, -46, -174 near 3 Integrity Road.

Valeein H'shra will attack you when you zone in.
The map is on the table in the room you zone into.

I've done the work of Cazic-Thule, and Kuzik told me I was ready to speak with some special representatives of our race here in Freeport. I should first speak with Disciple Vlaix, a member of the Swifttail Monks here in Freeport. If I am to learn more about our destiny, I should start there.

Stage 1

I should speak to Disciple Vlaix out near the Swifttail training grounds and see what I can learn from her.

Start:	Speak with Disciple Vlaix near the Swifttail Monk training grounds.

Start:	Speak with Coltix the Cartographer out near the Freeport docks.
Complete:

After speaking with the members of the Circle of Cabilis, I was able to learn about a plan to locate Visk, a lost outpost of the iksar.

Stage 2

I should search for the missing pieces of the map to Visk. I should be able to locate them within Freeport.

Start:	Search for the first piece of the map within the library in the Academy of Arcane Science.
Complete:

Start:	Search for a piece of the map to Visk among the scraps in Temple Street.
Complete:

Start:	Search the papers within the archives kept by Valeein H'shra
Complete:

I was able to collect all of the missing pieces of the map to Visk.

Stage 3

Now that I have the pieces of the map, I should return them to the cartographer to add to the map to Visk.

Start:	Return the map pieces to Coltix the Cartographer near the Freeport docks.
Complete:

Start:	Return to Zulk Veskk in Freeport with news of our success.
Complete:

Now that the map to Visk is complete, the iksar of Freeport are a step closer to their true destiny on Norrath.

Little did I know that so much was happening behind the facade of servitude we display in this city.
