I finally got to click on this duck by wandering around it in a circle until I was on the southern-most part of that duck (his head pointing east on the rock) and then I could click on the duck at his head.

Sergi Voombin has asked you to find the clockwork ducks he created for use in monitoring the movement and positions of Klak'Anon's clockwork forces. Many of the ducks have not returned. If you find any, Sergi has asked that you remove the Mechanamagical Recording Box and bring it back to him.
I have retrieved all of the Mechanamagical Recording Boxes from Sergi's clockwork ducks.
I have returned to Sergi with the mechanamagical recording boxes from the lost clockwork ducks.While exploring the Steamfont Mountains, I eventually found all the missing ducks and retrieved the Mechanamagical Recording Boxes from them. I then returned to Sergi Voombin, who rewarded me with my own clockwork duck, strangely named Quacker Yig.

Eq2 Maps gives all the location markers. But getting to that lemmy duck is a hard thing to do as a lvl 43 Guard, will an invis totem get me by all the garbage?

Anyone got anymore on lin I went to cordinates and there is a couple rocks there but didnt see lin? Help please.
For anyone that's location skill challenged, that put Lemmy in the back of the harpy hotsprings. up on a rock on the north west side of the farthest pond.

Coordinates for the last duck, Quacker Lin is -1099.11, 166.79, 584.53. someone forgot a '9' in the coordinates.

Well Precipus, our number's weren't that far apart, the only significant difference is Lin where I have -1099, 584 and you have -109, 584 so the cords aren't way off...perhaps you got mixed up cause I don't think I listed them in the same order as the quest journal.
