Use your abilities to query and dominate 'a docile air elemental' in Kylong Plains, near Teren's Grasp ( 1473, 392, -326 ) , at the same location as before.
A level 80^ air elemental will spawn in its place and attack you.

You are looking for 10 semi-rare body drops, Lesser Element: Air.

When you have all 10, right-click on the stack in your inventory and select 'use'. This will give you the update.

Vence Laden would like me to travel to where a rift exists between Norrath and the plane that contains the element of air. I should exit Teren's Grasp and go near where I found the wounded. I will need to dominate the docile air elementals in order to pull them fully into the realm of Norrath. Once I have done that, I should be able to obtain a lesser element from them. With enough lesser elements I can create a wisp of pure air.
