This quest is part 2 of 7 for the Fabled version of the Swashbuckler-only Epic Weapon, Charm's Way.

Go to the Sinking Sands to speak to Captain Shoreflow at -2161, -228, 16 . Turns out it's not his bird.
Then go to the Mystic Lake off of the Isle of Mara and talk to Captain Mord at 42, -36, 277 . He doesn't want the bird either.
Next visit Greater Faydark and talk to Captain Z'Sxhitar at -536, -27, -641 at the Shores of Growth near the Nursery. It's not his bird either.
Finally go to the Enchanted Lands docks and talk to Captain Screewoggins 39, 4, 116 . Turns out he's the rightful owner of the parrot, and will complete the quest. But you do get to keep your new pet.

I found a very small spiroc named Rrarwrk. He was trapped in a cage on a ship in Timorous Deep. I made him some crackers, but I think it would be best to find this bird's master.

Stage 1

I should try to find Rrarwrk's master. He or she may reward me for returning the tiny spiroc.

Start:	I should look for the pirate who owns Rrarwrk, maybe he or she is one of the pirates in the Greater Faydark.
Complete:	Captain Z'Sxhitar does not own Rrarwrk.

Start:	Maybe one of the pirates in the Mystic Lake owns Rrarwrk.
Complete:	Captain Mord does not own Rrarwrk.

Start:	Maybe one of the pirates in the Sinking Sands owns Rrarwrk.
Complete:	Captain Shoreflow does not own Rrarwrk.

I have looked for Rrarwrk's master.

Stage 2

I still haven't been able to locate Rrarwrk's owner. I should take a look around popular dock areas and see if there is a pirate recently landed.

I wasn't able to find the spiroc's master, but I did find someone that might be able to help me a little better - none other than the skipper of the Capsized Klicknik himself, Captain Screewoggins.
