Consul Bree is looking for some updated information about the gnollish plans in the Caves. She has asked me to steal a plan book from the Dustpaw gnolls and decode it if necessary. Once she has more information she will be able to act with more confidence.

Stage 1

Consul Bree has asked that I help her in obtaining a recent version of the Rockpaw gnoll battle orders.

Start:	I need to search the Dustpaw gnoll camp for their orders. I should be able to find the camp somewhere through the tunnel to the west of Consul Bree.
Complete:	I have found the written orders of the Dustpaw gnolls in their camp.

Start:	I need to read the book I found in the Dustpaw camp.
Complete:	I have attempted to read the book in the Dustpaw camp.

Start:	I need to retrieve the key to the Rockpaw cipher. Any gnoll in the Caves may have one.
Complete:	I have found the key to the cipher.

Start:	I need to bring this information to Consul Bree.
Complete:	I have spoken with Consul Bree.

I have obtained the battle orders for Consul Bree.

I have found the book for Consul Bree.

This quest is given by Consul Bree in the Caves. It is part of the Caves progressional series.

You must first kill the Dustpaw Guards and grab the Book of Gnollish Orders from the tent they are guarding at 21, 5, -68 . Once you retrieve the book, right click and examine it. After this kill a couple more guards for an auto-update, which turns the book into a house item version, and then report back to Consul Bree.

Completing this quest opens two separate series: Hit Them Where it Hurts and An Explosive Idea.
