I am repeatedly getting the same 6 quests from the tears grifters ( A lesson in gouging, Find and free, Forced into retirement, From rags to riches, Send and retreive, Vile dwellings).
They seem to come in batches of three and I have been wondering if one's faction with one of the courts affects the ones you get. My faction is in the 10,000 - 20,000 (Truth) range because I have been keeping it that way to get the easy beach quests as the exp is good.
I'll try handing in a few tokens and get well into the 20,000 and see if it then gets me new ones......

Not necessarily an issue of greed. I turn them down to try and get a quest i haven't gotten yet. I've done 13 of the 15 quests he offers and have been trying for months on and off to get the last 2. Frustrating to say the least when he keeps offering the same 2-3 all the time.

The timer starts from the time you request a quest, not from when you accept. If you get greedy and turn down a low-coin one, you still have to wait for the reset.

I was able to get these quests with a level 10 character, but when zoning into the residence, the mobs were level 45.

I timed it today. It is 30 minutes from the time you accept a quest before she will offer you a new one.

I just tested the timer between quests, and for me it was 22 minutes. I hope this helps.

same problem here with "Hop on Outta Here". killed all, but no final spirit appears after you put the cobra on the final npc and he dies...no update

Got "Gentle Persuasion" quest from him. COuldn't find the Residence instance to complete. Not one of the 2 that works usually. :(

got another quest today, vile dealings. when you enter the instance kill the mobs in all the rooms, then go into the room straight in front of the zl, on the back wall to the left there will be 3 blue baskets you can click one of them, on top of the basket will spawn a scorpion, cobra or spider, they are non agro and are like house items (you can keep searching the basket for different ones)right click and move the animal to the bed next to the mercenary itll kill him and a vengefull spirit will spawn a herioc and then ur done :D

i got another quest too, mine was called from riches to rags, as you first enter the room thing, there will be 2 ladys sittin at a chest table, there will be no mobs in the next room, in the room after there will be a bed to the left and a mob to the right, go to the left and there will be a chest, after exaiming the chest you will get jumped by 4 fire things killing those will spawn a guardian in the room with no mobs killing him will spawn some sentries in the first room, ok then go and kill that one guy in the 3rd room after that kill the sentry things and ur done YAY wtg :D

I got a quest "Hop on Outta Here" and it seems bugged. I killed all of the aggro mobs ahd hailed the non aggro NPC and it did nothing. I got a cobra out of a basket and killed the non aggro NPC with the cobra and no update. No other clickable items in the rooms.
