There you must find proof of Miragul's ability to teleport between dimensions and time.

   Click on the glowing disturbances found throughout the zone. You will need 6 of these.
3. Kill The Codexicon and loot the residual powder from it.
• Note: If the mob is grey the powder will not drop.

Finally return to Lucretia Nasin for your reward.
