These piles of mineral powder contain an explosive powder that can be used to make up for the lack of support she is getting from the city to do her job down here. If I collect a large amount of explosive powder for her she has a plan that will stop the gnollish diggers and lure out Fulkoir Haggleton, the gnome maintaining the machines being used by the gnolls.
