Establishing a Basecamp (Kelethin)  

Who gives you this quest depends on your home city. Seek your city's representative at The Great Spire.

• Qeynos & New Halas: Delegate Kyerah
• Kelethin: Flutterflies
• Freeport: Ambassador Palius
• Neriak: Executor K'velix
• Gorowyn: Prime Envoy Chiryli

1. Use the teleporter on the eastern side of the spire island and enter the Paineel.
• Head east from the delegate and you will take a winding path that opens up to a small plateau with a clickable teleporter. ( 2059.93,-239.34,2713.72 Copy )
2. Scout out a potential location for taskgivers to be placed to give out tasks to those loyal to your city.
• Qeynos or Kelethin: Your representative made mention that somewhere near one of the city lifts would be a good place to start. Head west through the Hall of Wizardry and you will arrive at a city lift. We got an auto-update at the ground level of the lift, around 2045.20,-301.04,3249.31 Copy .
• Freeport, Neriak or Gorowyn: Your representative said that you should look somewhere that practitioners of the darker arts are not frowned upon. To the east you will find the Hall of Necromancy.
3. Return to the representative that gave you this quest at The Great Spire and let her know that you found a suitable location for the task giver.
• Return to the Paineel teleporter at 1917.73,-301.39,3318.82 Copy and right click to choose To the Spire Island, then return to the representative of your city.
