All of the /loc that are listed are very general. AKA: not exact. My experience has been that when the name of the area flashed on the screen, I got the update. Not when I found the exact /loc. Also, they MUST be done in the order listed for the auto updates to trigger.

Just did this one today.....I was able to solo the groups but i was lvl 67 and believe me...it was still close....

Just got to the unblemished naga skins step too and there are no non-heroic naga to kill... perhaps they are hiding...

I would also like to know how a solo is supposed to kill a 59 heroic or I m I missing something too ..

between the Giant's Field and Sabertooth Valley updates is Kyrnok which is closer to the waypoint listed for Sabertooth Valley (900, -120, -790 )

I just finished this quest while I was finishing Shimmering Citadel access...there were no faction hits for killing the naga on the island.

Anyone know if this ruins your faction with the live naga in Shimmering Citadel now that the naga on the isle is on faction with them?

Had the same problem, though realized I had two quests from her and oneof them wasn't finished. Finished both and she talked to me, rewarding me for both quests. Nice little boost in xp and cash.

i have the same problem of no reward,
what i did is i delete the quest given by her. then talk to her get reward, then retake the quest again

I started the helping the naga hunter quest, and meanwhile, Darzi started to give me the quests supplies* etc. But, once i finished collecting the naga hides, i came back to her and ..No reward, at all, ( lets say i still had one of her collecting quest ongoing in the same time )and she didnt even answer...... ill try to finish the collecting one to see if she allows the * helping the naga hunter quest to be rewarded... annoying.

Okay, I have not done the quest yet, but I really feel that instead of Naga Skins, they should have called them Naga Hides =)

You must log in or create an account to post messages.The Naga Hunter asked me to pick up a few naga skins to take back to his wife, Darzi Sendoa, who's been waiting for him in Maj'Dul. He gave me a few "tips" to hunt naga like a professional. We'll have to see how well I can follow his guidelines.
After running around the Pillars of Flame, I found the naga's principal lair.
Darzi paid me for the naga skins I gathered.The Naga Hunter's guide to tracking the naga is a bit over the top. I'd probably have found them much quicker without all the helpful tips; especially when I finally located them and their habitat includes many of the elements he said they avoided! Still, he seemed like a friendly enough fellow. His wife Darzi paid me for the skins that I brought to her, so no harm done. Except to the naga, of course!
Stage 1
The Naga Hunter's enlisted my help in tracking down some naga. He's given me some "helpful hints" to track them down.| Start: | As they have issues making sudden turns in enclosed spaces, the naga tend to avoid areas with walls that close in, such as are found along ancient riverbeds. |

| Start: | Naga avoid creatures that are higher than they can comfortably see. Thus they avoid raptors, giants, cyclops and the like. |

This quest is given by Arbos Sendoa in the Pillars of Flame after you complete the Hunting the Hunter quest. He asks you to seek out the Naga. You will need to move aroud the zone to various places where you will receive auto-updating hints. They are (in order):
- Remnants of the Lifire: 349.15, -83.95, -651.1
- The Giant's Field: 1350, -115, -800
- Kyrnok: 900, -120, -790
- Sabertooth Valley: 900, -120, -790
- The Long and Dusty Road: 405, -100, -600
- The Needle: 675, -125, -1150
After this you must obtain three unblemished naga skins. These drop on the Naruem mobs (nagas) on Eastern Stinging Isle near 826, -156, -1363 .
After this you must return back to the original of the series, Darzi Sendoa in Maj'Dul.
Note: This quest will hurt your faction with The Aravu Naga.
