Qadira the Naga  

This beautiful young lady is a hailable NPC that so far does nothing. She located on Naga island north of "the needle" road. She is standing infront of a mirror which will teleport you to the floating island far far above. That zone is filled with 60+ epic encounters on their own faction(a few books and pages can be found up there) The front of the cave she is hiding in is guarded by 2^^ 56+ nagas.
