This is the token reward and currency for City Festivals.

With the Aug 23, 2010 hotfix you can now sell these for 250 Status to Guildhall Commodities Exporters and Sanya Farshore, the General Goods merchant at City Festivals.

	City Festivals Occur monthly from the 1st through the 7th and rotate through the major cities of Norrath. The November City Festival is in Freeport!
