To reach this zone, select "Trial of Lin Vo: Solo" from one of the scrolls on the table of the second floor of The Tower of The Four Winds.

Upon zoning into the zone you are given the quest Trial of Lin Vo: Solo. The zone itself is a replica of the zone The Forsaken City.

The mobs appear to scale to level with a range of -1 to +1 of your current level. All are non-agro.
