Maiden's Gulch  

At lvl 47 my Shadowknight is told she is too inexperienced to help by Sebir The historian, to assist the sage of the ages. So I am guessing that SOE decided to raise the lvl for entrance to this zone.

EDIT: ok that particular quest requires you be lvl 50, so that is why I couldnt get that instance. But regular maiden's gulch zone I can get into.
