I need to travel to the Loping Plains and speak with Calacea Mossrunner. Ignatios, the Fugutr tribe Satyr feels that Calacea may have some information regarding this necromancer that fled into that part of the forest all those years ago.

Stage 1

Ignatios has asked that I seek out his friend Calacea Mossrunner in the Loping Plains. Ignatios thinks that Calacea may have some news or information regarding the void fragment I seek. I'm told that the weather in the Loping Plains is just wonderful this time of year...

Start:	I should travel to the Loping Plains and seek out Calacea Mossrunner.
Complete:	I've spoken with Calacea Mossrunner and earned his trust. He's sent me to Steamfont Mountains to speak with Mirwen Beluran.

I've spoken with Calacea Mossrunner in the Loping Plains and he has told me that his druid friend Mirwen Beluran in the mountains of Steamfont may be able to help me locate this fourth void fragment.

Stage 2

Calacea in the Loping Plains has suggested that I speak with his friend Mirwen Beluran in the Steamfont Mountains. Calacea thinks the last place Mirwen was seen was at the Gnomeland Security Headquarters, so I should start there. He feels that she should be able to give me some information or a clue as to where I can find the fourth shard. Calacea feels that Mirwen is very in touch with nature and would know if something as evil and twisted as one of these shard fragments was tainting the forest.

Start:	I should travel to the Steamfont mountains and find Mirwen Beluran, a friend of Calacea's.
Complete:	After talking with Mirwen, it seems that I'm to head to Greater Faydark to find Kilzak's hideout.

So it turns out that the same necromancer that attacked and killed some of Ignatios' tribe and then fled to the Loping Plains area finally resurfaced from hiding almost three hundred years later. His trip to Kelethin worries me, what could he be after? I also find it interesting that he would be so bold to keep the void fragment and use it so openly within his place of hiding in the Greater Faydark.

Stage 3

The druid Mirwen Beluran in Steamfont Mountains told me of a strange human man that visited Kelethin several years ago when she was there. She mentioned that he had been asking about dark magic and seeking books on the subject. It sounds like this is the same necromancer Ignatios was talking about that had attacked his village and slew several of his relatives all those years ago. Mirwen says that it's quite possible that this necromancer is still hiding somewhere in the Greater Faydark forest, since some of the more elder druids can feel the evil presence in the forest from time to time.

Start:	Search the forest of the Greater Faydark for a place where the necromancer Kilzak could be hiding.
Complete:	I've found Kilzak's cave, now it's time to get that fourth shard.

It looks like Kilzak has made himself a nice home at the base of the Greater Faydark mountains. I found a cave entrance leading into what could quite possibly where Kilzak has been doing all of his research.

Stage 4

It appears the Kilzak has made himself a home in an abandoned cave in the Greater Faydark. It appears that I'm going to have to get this shard the hard way since I'm quite sure he isn't going to be very open to diplomacy.

Start:	Now that I've found where Kilzak is hiding, I need to get the fourth shard from him.
Complete:	I was able to pry the last shard from the hands of Kilzak.

It turns out that all of the clues I had thus far were correct, Kilzak was indeed the same necromancer that attacked the camp of Satyrs over three hundred years ago. Mirwen was also right about Kilzak still having a presence in the Greater Faydark, his cave was filled with all sorts of equipment that he had been using for his sick and twisted experiments. We ended up having to put him down to get the fourth shard, but I think the people of Kelethin would be grateful for such a deed despite the moral quandary. I guess it's time to head back to Spire Shadow Post and give this shard to Rooleean.

Stage 5

I've managed to track down Kilzak and get the fourth shard, now I should head to Rooleean and give him the shard so he can keep it with the other three in his enchanted lockbox.

Start:	Bring the fourth shard to Rooleean in Greater Faydark.
Complete:	I've given the fourth void shard to Rooleean for his safe keeping.

Rooleean claims to have met with some other sages about the problem of the void crystals. It seems that I'm to travel into the void itself to find a second crystal. Now that he has the four fragments in his possession, I need to attain a second shard to be destroyed as well.

This quest is the sixth quest in the Goddess, Orb, and Void Quest Series quest line. It is initiated by talking to Ignatios in Lesser Faydark, whom you freed during the course of An Evening Jaunt.

First, you must talk to Calacea Mossrunner in Village of Somborn in Loping Plains at -349, 9.9, -68.34 . She tells you to talk to Mirwen Beluran at Gnomeland Security Headquarters in the Steamfont Mountains.

Mirwen is in Steamfont/Gnomeland Security HQ at -550,171,1026.52 . Mirwen sends you to find the Necromancer, Kilzak, in Greater Faydark.

The Necromancer is located inside a special instance, The Silent Cavern, off of Greater Faydark which is accessible by a door located at -456.61, 54.55, -270.72

Enter the zone and work through a number of 68ish ^^^ Heroics until you find Kilzak the Twisted -279, -38, -10 . Kill him for your update and then talk to Rooleean Felodaan in Greater Faydark at -443.25, 124.28, 496.29 to complete the quest.

You can invis past all the twisted elementals until you get to the final chamber. You can then body pull the last two guardians one at a time then finish off Kilzak.

For some reason when I enter the loc given for the door in Gfay into my map window waypoint finder, it points to the wrong place. I dunno if it's just me or not but to avoid confusion in case it's not, the actual map location of the door is due north of where the waypoint sends me. If you have EQ2Maps installed, it's the blue "Door to nowhere" POI.
