In between these stones, I have found a parchment. It seems this is a wanted poster with a picture of a smiling orc.

Stage 1

The picture of the smiling orc seems to mock you. You feel the urge to find him and put him down.

Start:	I must slay all orcs I see until that giggling orc is found.
Complete:	You have found the giggling orc. He no longer has a reason to smile.

The giggling has ended!

The giggling orc has been found and put to rest!

I killed Shin'Ree Pawns and it updated and said, "I must kill all the orcs I see until that giggling orc is found." It's not just the Blood Skull Warriors.

You will only get updates from the Bloodskull Warriors. Kill them till you get a quest update.

I did finally find tis rock and tis at the loc pos 64.23, neg 48.04, neg 41.87. There's not an actual "wanted poster" to see and tell you you're at the right spot. There's a tree next to the rock, though. And the clickable part tis actually four rocks. Hope that helps.

This quest is initiated by examining four rocks at 64.23, -48.04, -41.87 in the Commonlands.

You must slay random orcs in the Commonlands until you get an update saying that you have killed the giggling orc. This is a random auto-update.

The reward is coin and experience.
