Location is -138, -568, 198 in the same room as Lord Nagalik spawns. Only the tip of the sword is clickable.

Just finished it, reward is 6g 17s 47c.

This quest is initiated by examining a sword in a circular tower off near where Lord Nagalik spawns( -138, -568, 198).

You must slay 30 Defenders of Thyr in Solusek's Eye.
