These quests are given by either Shu Fang Qi of the Ashen Order after you have completed Trials of Ash or Shing Ho of the Ashen Disciples after you have completed the quest Proving Grounds once you have sufficiently high faction.

The quest giver will send you to speak to Jiao Li Rong. Jiao is found on a rock in the middle of the sabertooth area of The Pillars of Flame ( 879.24, -112.76, -835.05 ) . When you speak to him two Desert Spirits will spawn and attack you. They are level 60 solo mobs.

Kill them and return to the quest giver for a whopping +3000 faction and experience.
