Diplomatic Liaisons (Elddar Grove)  

This quest is given by Shing Ho after you obtain warmly faction with the Ashen Disciples or Shu Fang Qi after you obtain warmly faction with the Ashen Order.

You must speak with Enforcer Drulk in Big Bend (in Freeport) or Gilp Jadefist in The Elddar Grove (in Qeynos) (on a rock in water behind monk building) and then return to the quest giver for faction. This should be enough to grant you ally faction which opens A Split in the Ashen Order, Kufu's Intentions, and Cave of Knowledge access.
