Bargbae Skullhelm will now take the materials I collected and make new powered scrying stones.

Requires the Order of Rime Shardhammer Illusion (or the Sleetsaber or Flurryburst illusions) to be used to speak to the quest giver

Speak to Bargbae Skullhelm at 488,-378,1213 in Storm Gorge in the Great Divide to begin this quest.

Kill 2 arctic cliffstriders for cores. They can be found northeast of Bargbae around 194,-285,1188 .
Collect 2 arctic orbs. These look like swirling blue ice orbs to the southeast and northeast of the Rime camp.
