Shafi Af'Mon can't report back to Laila because the portable teleporter he used to get to the Erudin Gardens has been blocked by some sort of inhibitor field. I've agreed to sneak inside the Erudin Gardens in order to find the inhibitor devices and shut them down.

Stage 1

I need to find the devices that are blocking Shafi's ability to use his teleporter and shut them down.

Start:	Deactivate the first teleporter inhibitor.
Complete:	I deactivated the first teleporter inhibitor.

Start:	Deactivate the second teleporter inhibitor.
Complete:	I deactivated the second teleporter inhibitor.

I successfully shut down the inhibitor orbs which blocked Shafi's ability to teleport.

Stage 2

Now that the teleport inhibitors have been deactivated, I should return to Shafi Af'Mon.

Start:	Return to Shafi Af'Mon.
Complete:	I spoke with Shafi Af'Mon.

Start:	Give Shafi's report to Laila.
Complete:	I gave Shafi's report to Laila.

I delivered Shafi's status report to Laila.

Pretty easy, you can invis to these. Click the golden altars at the following locations:

-277.51, 532.95, -387.10
-208.72, 532.95, -128.10

Once done, return to Shafi Af'Mon at 62.74, 530.95, -49.78 . You can now use the teleport pad to return to The Deepwater Pavilion.
Do so and hail Laila to complete the quest.
