I found my scroll cases at the following locations :

803, -22, 105 QH
587, -18, -416 in Eldar Grove
282, -18, -109 in NQ
291, -18, 42 in NQ
491, -20, 232 in SQ

Guessing there may be several spots for the spawns, but these are the ones I found.

There is 1 scroll in EG, QH, SQ and 2 in NQ. Hope this helps
