If you have tracking, it's pretty easy to find them by going east along the road from the questgiver, first one at a camp, then two pairs further along. Without tracking, I think it would be rather frustrating.

found enough at broumble woods and start quest as i found five :) takes about 2min to finish it. 1.5%xp with lvl54, 36% xp fast and good xp :)

I've tried this three times, and I still can't complete it. But if you want to be cheap, I discovered this: talk to the NPC, get the window to pop up that asks for you to accept the quest, but don't respond. Move that window to a corner so you can see where you're going, and start looking for the woodcutters. Once you've found at least one, accept the quest and start killing the woodcutters.

Cheap? Yes. Exploit? Maybe. Stupidly difficult quest compared to the other Tier One sabotage? Absolutely.

Tell me about it!
I tried this Quest twice. Once completely off guard and had no idea how many you need ( The Quest doens't tell you how many. ) and failed miserably.
Then I went to search the are for five of them. After I got their location memorized I went to get the quest again.
But... the cutter was gone... ack..
Now I couldn't get it right away again. Not sure if I will.

Hint: Hall told me to head West from the Darkelf until you reach the water and then run along the water towards the griffon tower and look for big trees. By the time you reach the boundaries of the forest you should have 5 of them.

I found them all pretty easy following the road East of Crater Pond into the woods at the end. Second try.

While your running other sabotage quests just keep your eyes peeled for the woodcutters so that when you get that quest you know where to go.
