This is the fifth and final quest in a series from Captain Vertas at the Crossroads in the Commonlands. It is is given after you complete the Confusion is the Key quest.
You must slay Commander Ralio in the Commonlands. He is found at the same dervish camp from the third quest ( 1482.96, -14.13, 219.32 )
Kill him and return to Vertas for an upgrade to your insignia.

I need to eliminate the dervish commander, Ralio, near the Dervish forward camp to the west of the Crossroads.
I have eliminated Ralio and should report back to Captain Vertas.

Been trying to get this guy for a few days now... no spawn. arg.

Can't get this guy to spawn. Spent like 3 hours killing to other NPC's that spawn, dude never did show up.

(1482.96, -14.13, 219.32) is where I found Ralio. Had to clear several spawns before he, though.

new location is 1467,-14,215. saw him other day but not spawning today.

Was told by GM in game that Ralio is now a "random spawn" not a "timed spawn" like it used to be....which means we wait longer.....

do you have to kill the monsters that are standing there (loc 1484, -14,219) in order for Ralio to spawn ? i have been standing there for around 4 hours now no luck

Spent all morning looking for Ralio - used waypoints etc. No Ralio...killed some of the heroics on deck behind and right in the little leanto - no Ralio

I'm not interested in who killed him and how easy he was but I would like to get an answer to the first question: Have they moved Ralio since the last update? He doesn't seem to be here (+1200,+405)anymore.

Dropped him no sweat as a level 22 necromancer. I only had one ^ for him, so it was a joke.

I think this is a lvl 19 quest, it's yellow to me as a lvl 18.
Are you supposed to keep clearing the camp at this loc until he spawns? I've cleared it a couple of times but still no Ralio.

tryed it today togather with a level 25 teammate, we both got pretty squached, we only took down 10% of his health, so i urge you to get a prober size team before even getting close to him!!

Solo'd him as a 19 dirge, just watch out for his quickstrikes and he's easy.

solo'd this mob as a 21 assasian and barley escaped with my life. a very tough mob solo so engage with caution!!
