The Shard of Leandre is weak and needs to regain her power. She wants me to kill sentients so that she can siphon power from them.

Stage 1

I need to kill sentients to repower the Shard of Leandre.

Start:	I need to slay sentients so that the Shard of Leandre can drink in their minds.
Complete:	I have slain a large number of sentients.

Start:	I need to speak with myself to see if the Shard of Leandre has regained her strength.
Complete:	I have spoken with the Shard of Leandre.

I have helped the Shard of Leandre regain her power.

Use the incandescent wand to summon Leandre, or target and hail yourself.
Slay a number of sentient mobs. The quests does let you know you are making progress via a private tell from Leandre to yourself.
