I Hate Old Plans  

I got the plans from Blumble but when I went to examine them, it said I can't closely examine this item because I don't own it. I can't advance the quest

Blumble is found in the little halfling guard tower next to stoutgut it took me forever but thats where he is its actually easy to find when you know where hes at.

Item numbers do not vary, it's just a little bit confusingly posted here.

Task is as follows:

1) Find Deputy Blumble (+223, +14, -480) and speak to him.
2) Examine the Old Plans he gives you.
3) Kill 10 Briarpaws
4) Kill 6 Elusive Hatecrawlers
5) Kill 8 Suffering Lashers
6) Examine the Old Plans again
7) Kill 7 Bloodthirsty Lashers
8) Examine the Old Plans again
9) Kill 3 Seeds of Obscurity
10) Speak with Deputy Blumble
11) Speak with Deputy Stoutgut to receive your reward and open up the new Quest "I Hate Those Wimmin"

Does anyone know where Bumble is?

I had;
10 briarpaw (any bears) claws for 'large nails'

6 Elusive Hatecrawlers for 'Medium Nails'

8 Suffering Lashers for 'Small Nails'

You then have to examain the plans again

7 Bloodthristy Lashers for 'Leather bindings' (they seem to be a semi-rare spawn around the suffering lashers, at least thats where i found them. Just kill the lashers in the area and the bloodthirsty spawn)

3 Seeds of Obscurity for 'Adhesive'

I was rewarded with 2% (at level 37) and a bookshelf

It is 8 tail tips from Suffering Lashers not Bloodthirsty Lashers
