At The Calling Pool:

Gather 3 Quellithulian abomination bodies.

a Quellithulian abominations are around -175, -347, 170 .

I need to collect a sample of the cacotoxic muck.

You just need to enter the water to either side of the ramp. The heroic Abomination in the pool will move around from time to time so it is possible to sneak in and grab it but you will need to clear many of the Quellithulians out first.

Return to Hogpin.

There is a high level heroic mob in the water where you get the muck from but I survived this by using a gnomish portable smokescreen. Also that mob paths to different sides of the pool and stays there for a couple minutes so you can gather it, leave and never gain aggro.
