Now accepts player made Pristine broadcloth cap. Especially since these days it's either pristine or bust when crafting.
Update: all the rewards from the Fundraiser quest line are tagged Lore, no value.
Lore items can't be passed via vault, therefore, find someone you can trust to pass it off to your alt or sell to another player.

This quest can be obtained by Deputy Hopple after you complete the Plan the Fundraiser quest.
You must buy or craft a Broadcloth Cap and bring it to Deputy Hopple for your reward.
The reward is the recipe for the Valefolk Shawl.
