Fulgation Sightings  

Watchman Fleep states that there has been an eye witness who has seen Remmy Fulgation.

1. You need to release !Fluffy at the mouth of the minotaur mines. I released !Fluffy at -1232.64, 94, 1069.06 Copy . I never received a message that I was at the appropriate spot, had to keep trying to release !Fluffy near the cave entrance until he finally took off.
2. Talk to P.J. Dangsprocket at the Frugrin Observatory.
3. Head back to the mines to pick up !Fluffy's cylinder. When I appreached the mine entrance !Fluffy ran out and stopped at -1240.88, 90.01, 979.43 Copy where I was able to retrieve the cylinder. This can take a few seconds, so be patient.
4. Return to Watchman Fleep for your reward.
