To earn esteem with the city of Freeport, Gol M'Tun has given me a bounty to execute. I must kill Marcbas Craete in South Qeynos, just outside of the sewer exit, near the horse stalls. Marcbas is a known Qeynosian spy, who killed a high ranking Occultist in the Dismal Rage.

This is a quest offered by Gol M'Tun to gain faction with Freeport when you are exiled.

Kill Marcbas Craete, who is a triggered spawn at 357, -21, 198 behind the stables in South Qeynos, Qeynos Capitol District. You can easily reach this spot by traveling from Antonica to The Peat Bog to Vermin's Snye to The Down Below, then take the Capitol District - South Qeynos grate to the surface.

Finish the quest by talking to Gol M'Tun again.
