Kill Baron Klavik or his son, Urth Klavik, in The City of Jinisk.

The assignment seems to be random, but will be the father or the son. Both spawn randomly in the center of the city, and both may even be up at the same time. When you attack them, every citizen in range will rush to assist them!

Return the head to Sonjaz Manx

When I got the quest tonight, it said to kill Urth Klavik, Baron Klavik's son. I killed Urth and it gave me the quest update.

I've been told this NPC is bugged and it's best to kill him right where he spawns. Try to kill him again only this time don't pull him back from his spawn.
