This quest appears to have been removed. I went straight from 'Gathering the Hides' to 'Bringing Down Tangor'. It's possible it's been merged with 'Gathering the Hides' because if I recall correctly you needed to get both trakaraptor and quatcha hides for that quest now.

Edit: Not removed, moved. I received this after completing 'Removing Skar from this Land'.

There must be some randomness to how many quatcha's to kill because I only had to kill 8. Also, this was the last in the sequence of quests he offers, not in the middle.

Thanks, got that all straightened out.

We could use more info on how many to kill, to determine if it varies or has changed.
