Speak to Derek Travllor at 593,45,84 in Greater Faydark to begin this quest.

Use the bells to head to The Thundering Steppes.
Once there, head to Thundermist Valley. From there, head for the spires.
At about 1242.89, 2.33, 347.54 , Kuestral will pop and attack you. Kill him. Be aware he's a single-up arrow mob, unlike the others you've fought so far!
Return to Derek Travllor at 593.46, 45.11, 83.79 in the Greater Faydark to complete the quest.

To earn esteem with the cities of Qeynos and Kelethin, Derek Travllor has given me a bounty to execute. I must kill Kuestral, a centaur near the Ulteran Spires in the Thundering Steppes. Kuestral is the head of a centaur herd planning on leaving the Thundering Steppes for Antonica.
