Blasted Monkeys!  

This is the first quest in the D.I.R.T.Y. Excavation Event. It's recommended that you start the series by visiting a D.I.R.T.Y. Recruiter in any of the zones that have a carpet to The Sinking Sands as they offer experience and achievement just for speaking to them.

To begin, speak to Jimbo McDaniel at a D.I.R.T.Y. Construction Project at -1378.81, -168.37, 738.05 Copy in Sinking Sands. He will ask you to chase off several (12) Curious Monkeys which spawn around the encampment. There are plenty and they spawn quickly so this should be a quick task: right-click them to shoo them off. Return to Jimbo to collect your reward and the next quest he offers, A Strange Illness.
