At the Temple of Life in North Qeynos you will find Medic Brendan. He has needs some components to build some anti-venom.

Collect the following items for him from The Caves:

5 Snake Poison Sacs (from Cave Serpents)
5 White Spider Venom Sacs

Return to Brendan.

Not broken just misleading :)

You have to kill Cave Serpents (which is a snake).
I had to kill about 13 of them before I found the Poison Sac.

Is this broken? I've killed dozens of every snake in the Caves... No quest journal update.

Medic Brendan would like me to collect some components for an anti-venom he will brew for the local guards who must patrol in hazardous areas. I am to go to the nearby caves and recover several components for this antidote.

Stage 1

I need to gather poison sacs from the snakes and spiders that live in the Caves.

Start:	Gather a cave serpent venom sac.
Complete:	I have gathered the poison sac I need.

Start:	Gather white spider venom sacs.
Complete:	I have gathered a venom sac from a white spider.

The components for Medic Brendan's anti-venom potions have been gathered.

Stage 2

I still need to return to Medic Brendan in North Qeynos with the poison sacs.

Start:	I must return to Medic Brendan in North Qeynos.
Complete:	I've returned to Medic Brendan and spoken with him.

Medic Brendan's reagents have been delivered.

I was able to return safely with all of the required components for the antidote Brendan wished. With any luck those reagents will save a guard's life someday.
