Speak to Kora N'Vaxin at 12, 3, 50 inside.
Speak to Ryltrin V'Zival at 24, -0.01, -15 .
Speak to Miral K'Thaoth at -32, 1, 8 . Receive a Speech Announcement from her, either peacefully or by force, your choice.
Return to Ambassador Anttel in Freeport to complete the quest.
