As mentioned below by others, I was able to find the box of tupperwuzzle on the roof above the residence at -147, +147, 104. You need to move to third person camera view, stand with your side to the door and then you can see it. It is not visible from adjacent roofs and you can only get a glimpse of it by jumping from an adjacent roof. It sits almost directly above the door. You can then click on it.
After a couple hours of running around in circles I had the good sense to check here for some guidance :-)

Shan ( 66, 140, -115 ) is being held in servitude by a gang of thugs called the Terrorantulas. Shan secretly passed me a note pleading me to collect trinkets in Maj'Dul that once belonged to the leader of the gang, Te'Toa the Terrible. If he gets the trinkets back he will let Shan go free. This is in the courtyard outside of the Golden Scepter. You have to jump over the stone fence to get to her. Could also jump off the stairway bridge into the yard. You must collect the following items in Maj'Dul:
- The Idol of Dunefury: From the sub-quest My Service For An Idol.
- The Sunspire Necklace: From the sub-quest Trap Snapping.
- The Bones of Dalgin B'Dynn: From the sub-quest The Bones in the Box.
- The Urn of Al'Hadid found at ( -243, 160, -106 ) , ( -177, 177, -107 ) or at, ( 79, 140, -70 )
- The Box of Tupperwuzzle: ( -206, 160, -79 ) , ( -156, 177, -117 ) , ( 100, 140, -68 ) or ( -151, 146, 108 ) .
- The Lifire Ewer found at ( 79, 156, -160 ) , ( -247, 149, 38 ) , ( 56, 140, -69 ) , ( -184, 179, -100 ) , ( 81, 156.07, -162 )
or ( -243, 135, -8 ) . - 'King's Tomb Tavern" painting at ( -218, 160, -74 ) or ( -165, 149, 115 ) .
- Scent of Aros'Thalinor Perfume at ( -239, +160, -119 ) , ( 109, 147, -136 ) , ( -155, 177, -97 ) , ( 77, 139, -95 ) , ( -229, 135, -6 )
or at ( +109, 147, -137 ) in the Golden Scepter - Rod of the Rukh: ( -190, 149, 110 ) , ( -120, 147, 112 ) , ( -106, 148, 145 ) or ( 4, 149, 148 )
Once you have all the items, return to Te'Toa the Terrible to finish the quest.
