Spawns in the room with the Book of Summoning ( -25, 590, 355 ), as well as in the room adjacent to the room where the Harbringer is ( 33, 594, 334 ). The other shadowed men in these rooms are placeholders, so just keep clearing both these rooms until an acolyte shows up.
